We have been going 2-3 times a year to the Ft. Morgan Beach Club since it opened. We have rented directly from VRBO and via Spectrum, the Property owners and who operate the Beech Club. Overall, it’s a very solid place to stay. Both groups we have rented from are pretty attentive to any issues, which there were none this trip. The grounds, pools and facility are kept up very well. The condos are high-end condos that have held up very well over time. Some of the appliances are older and noisy but good quality and worked well. I would rent this condo again next time. Being on the second floor was convenient. Clean, pretty well appointed.
