You’ll pay a €300 deposit upon booking, which will be refunded after your departure.
If you book a towel or linens set, you’ll receive high-quality items made of pure cotton. The towel set consists of a face towel and a bath towel. The bed linen set consists of two pillows, a duvet cover, and a fitted sheet.

Ground floor:
Light-filled living room with a large dining area and adjoining open kitchen, equipped with brand-name appliances (dishwasher,
washing machine, ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, espresso machine, electric milk frother, toaster, and electric kettle.
Large sofa with additional seating, a wingback chair, a wood-burning stove, a hi-fi system, a Magenta TV, and a Blu-ray player.
Guest bathroom and spacious entryway.

Upper floor:
Two spacious bedrooms with double beds (180x200 cm and 160x200 cm), wardrobes, and an additional Magenta TV; the rooms also feature a writing desk and a reading nook with a rattan wingback chair.
All bedrooms are equipped with down comforters and pillows in various sizes, and numerous decorative pillows invite you to relax. 
A spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, ample storage space, and a hair dryer.
The terrace is furnished with a beach chair, a teak seating set, a deck chair, garden benches, and an electric grill.
The garden is completely fenced in; a parking space is available and is marked accordingly.
A travel cot, a high chair, a clothes rack, and an iron with an ironing board are available.
Check-in from 4:00 p.m.
Check-out by 10:00 a.m.



On-site costs: Parking space available. A laundry package can be added for €14.00. A towel package can be added for €12.00.



Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
