This modern flat in Niedernsill is perfect for families. Thanks to the lovely underfloor heating, you'll never have cold feet in summer or winter! In this super modern house, you can completely unwind on the comfortable sofa or enjoy a cosy dinner at the wooden dining table in the open kitchen. You're sure to find a relaxing holiday here!

Nearby you will find the skiing areas Zell am See, Kaprun and Kitzbühel-Kirchberg. The closest ski lift is only about 3km away. Even in 2 weeks it is almost impossible to explore all slopes, so there is enough choice.
There are also several restaurants and shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity and you don't have to be sporty to reach them on foot

Es ist eine schöne geräumige Wohnung, schön eingerichtet und mit schönen Betten. Wir waren 5 Personen, unsere erwachsene Tochter schlief auf dem Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. In 15 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto am Gletscher und im Skigebiet von Zell am See. Mit einer halben Stunde Autofahrt ist man in Bramberg, wo man eine 14 km lange Rodelbahn fahren kann. Ein Riesenspaß! Innerhalb von 3 Minuten sind Sie in der örtlichen Sparretje für frische Brötchen und schräg hinter der Wohnung ist ein Restaurant, wo wir eine köstliche Mahlzeit hatten. Zusammen mit den freundlichen Eigentümern hat man alles, was man für einen tollen Urlaub braucht.

Dieses Studio bekommt wirklich eine 10! Mit über 130 m2 ist dieses Studio sehr geräumig. Es gibt eine moderne Küche mit allen modernen Annehmlichkeiten. Der Flur bietet viel Platz zum Aufhängen von Mänteln und zum Abstellen von Schuhen. Das Wohnzimmer hat ein großes Schlafsofa und die beiden großen Schlafzimmer bieten viel Stauraum. Das Badezimmer hat eine Regendusche, ein Doppelwaschbecken und eine Waschmaschine. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Wir hatten einen super Urlaub in diesem Studio. Daher können wir dieses Studio auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Als Familie bewohnten wir die traumhaft schöne und mit viel Liebe eingerichtete Wohnung zum österlichen Skifahren am nah gelegenden Kapruner Gletscher (15 Minuten). In Echt wirkt die Wohnung viel größer als auf den Bildern, die Betten sind sehr komfortabel und die Sauberkeit ist exzellent! Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen!

Traumhafte Umgebung

Modisch super eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, mit allem was man braucht, um tolle Tage zu verbringen. Die Vermieter sind super freundich und offen und für einen stets zu Verfügung, da sie gleich neben an wohnen :-) In der nahen Umgebung gibt es viele Möglichkeiten die Natur zu entdecken und einfach mal abzuschalten. Auch für das leibliche Wohl ist gesorgt, denn in der nahen Umgebung gibt es Einkufsmöglichkeiten, um Lebensmittel zu besorgen, die man dann in der tollen Küche zubereiten kann. Das Auto kann man wortwörtlich direkt vor der Tür parken. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!!!

Fantastic stay

First of all the host were friendly and helpful, never any problems. The apartment was as advertised, perfect condition and clean, fully equipped you don’t need to bring anything from home. The location is 13 km away from Zell am See and 10 km from Kaprun, which are great places to eat, shop and entertainment. 5 min walk from the apartment is a supermarket with everything you will need. Only small drawback is the location next to a busy road, but with the doors and windows closed you will not hear anything. We were very satisfying and are already planning on going back.
