Rear Cottage: A peaceful retreat with a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an oversized shower in the 2 person sauna room and a media room with 80" flatscreen TV and kitchenette.

The beach and boards are literally steps away. Stroll downtown to Rehoboth's famous casual and gourmet eateries and unique shops. You may also walk or hop on the Jolly Trolley to Dewey Beach to listen to some live music. NO Pets and NO Smoking. Guests pay a $800 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights. Note: Low Ceiling Height in 1st Fl of Front House, (due to 1928 construction). The cleaning fee is included in the rent for each stay of a week or more. Guests must purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000 in accidental damage or provide a refundable $2,000 security deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Personal checks are accepted for final payments only. Payments within 30 days of arrival must be made by certified funds or credit card. VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company.
