What a great little spot away from the business of the strip, but still close enough to get there easily. It was so nice to have the pool for my family and me. We would use it all day to cool off and then go do things together, then return and cool off again. There are plenty of stores and restaurants nearby to order food. A/C is a little weak in the master bedroom, but it was fine at night. Recommend!

Our stay was great. The house was nice just needs a little upgrades but it fulfilled its purpose for us, the pool was great the outdoor furniture is a bit old though. The rooms were decent but the 2 back rooms seemed to be a bit warm AC doesnt seem get too cold in there like the front of the house. Also we had a hard time opening the sliding back door in kitchen it was not sliding easily at all. Luckily we had 2 handy husbands that fixed it and got it to work properly. The host communication though needs a little work. I received delayed responses she wasn't quick to get back to me sometimes she didnt even answer. Other than that it was a good stay

Nice house, its clean but can use some TLC. The light in the master bedroom is broken and needs to be fixed.There are other light bulbs that need to be replacedThe whole house has tile floors and needs a good cleaningThe pool needs some work maybe a pool guy. Green starting to grow in many places in the pool. Needs some loveWould love to have a garage opener so you can pull car in and outOnly had 1 tv remote for 4 TV when we checked in. Owner did get us more on 2nd day at house thanks for that. The back sliding glass door does not open very well. Makes it hard to use.1 burner on the stove is not working.If your looking for fantastic this is not the houseIts an ok house I would try something different next time.Adding a BBQ would be a nice thing. Stores amd restaurants are all within 5 miles of the house

Beautiful property, loved the pool and outdoor area! House had everything we needed. Large kitchen with gas stove, fridge, island, large dining room table and living room. Garage access was great with additional off street parking. Location was perfect, close to stores, shops, our family, etc. However, we got off to a rocky start, my family and I did not recieve our arrival instructions until hours before we arrived at the property. I had to contact VRBO who was wonderful to work with. They attempted to contact the host for me. Alba did respond around 2pm my time (PA) which is 11am Vegas time, the day of check-in. When we arrived the place appeared dirty. We washed all the sheets, blankets, pillow cases, towels, etc. We also mopped the floors several days throughout the week. The host was gracious and let us stay an hour late on check out day, as we had a late flight out. Overall the place has a lot of potential.

Honest review. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again! Pros, the pool was cold and perfect for the kids they didnt want to leave it. The house is just as pictures show very comfy couches were comfortable. The AC works great but not so good in the master. The water pressure and hot water were perfect! I recommend staying here not to far from down town all the stores you need are 3 minutes away and we felt safe. Cons, there was no remote for the TVs in 2 of the bedrooms and only the remote in the master had batteries the lights in 2 of the bedrooms were out so we had to use lamps. There were beer caps all over by the pool and a random bra in one bedroom. There is no BBQ on the property not a big deal for us. The sliding door in the kitchen is broken it dosnt want to open maybe off the track or something but it felt like it would break and would only open like an inch or 2. The batteries were taken out of the smoke alarms and all Netflix disney ect are set in Spanish. The master bed is extremely firm!! Some may like that if your anything like me you wake up broken the bunk beds and twin were great for the kids the queen bed seems broken you sink in the middle so not so great. In my opinion its a nice place to stay the house itself was great but there were definitely things we didn't like and i hope this helps the home owner to make a few changes.

The home was very nice. What was giving matched what was said. The rooms were perfect. The pool was spot on and everything else was amazing. The host was very nice. I’d stay there again. Highly recommend.

Pool was very good except for algae starting to grow in places on the tile. Temp was great and depth was great for all ages. The furniture had stained and torn pads and the bottom of one of the chairs was ripped out. Someone left a pair of socks under a patio bench.
