At the Wiek Harbour Houses, you’ll enjoy a relaxing holiday that you’ll look back on with fond memories for years to come.<br><br><br>Facility:<br><br> Built in 2006, the Wiek Harbour Houses are located directly on the Wiek harbour promenade and offer unobstructed views of the harbour, the Wiek Bodden, and the Baltic Sea. All holiday apartments in the Harbour Houses feature a large, wind-protected balcony (loggia) that faces west towards the harbour, offering a stunning view. On the ground floor of the Harbour Houses, you’ll find numerous shops, restaurants, and cafés that invite you to stroll and relax. At the rear of the buildings, you’ll find a lockable bike storage room, a laundry room with two coin-operated washing machines and two dryers each, and one parking space per holiday apartment.<br><br>By bike or car, you can reach one of the beautiful beaches on the Wittow Peninsula in just a few minutes. The most beautiful beaches are near Juliusruh (Schaabe Beach, approx. 12 km, 10 minutes by car), on the north coast near Nonnevitz (approx. 7.5 km), or near Putgarten (approx. 7 km). Here you can really soak up the sun, unwind, or take a refreshing dip in the Baltic Sea.<br><br>But Wiek also has plenty of charm to offer. Here you’ll find plenty of restaurants and cafés with views of the Baltic Sea. A special highlight is the large chalk bridge. It was built at the beginning of the 20th century and is still waiting in vain to be put into service. Today, it serves more as a “floating promenade” and offers a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea and the sister island of Hiddensee.
