The upper floor houses a classic studio loft—a single large room with various functional areas, beautiful high ceilings, and large windows. The light-colored flooring, elegant furniture, carefully selected decorative elements, and the combination of wood and color create a cozy South American style. Warm lighting and hammocks add to the villa’s cozy atmosphere.
Whether after a long day at the beach or an extended sightseeing tour of the island, this is the perfect place to wind down and relax in the evening. Sweet dreams are guaranteed in the large (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and comfortable beds. One of the double beds can be pulled apart to create two single beds if desired. Each bedroom features a 32-inch LCD TV. The two modern shower rooms are spacious and designed with a touch of whimsy. They feature walk-in showers and heated floors. A hair dryer is provided, and the owners have thoughtfully incorporated South American style into these spaces as well.

Thanks to the wood-burning stove, heated floors, and sauna, Villa Playa stays cozy even in the winter months. Not far from your vacation home, in the center of the Baltic Sea resort town, there are several shopping options (Rewe, Edeka, drugstore) where you can stock up for the duration of your stay. You’ll also find numerous restaurants and shops along the bustling boulevard all the way down to the promenade and the Göhren pier.
