The Space:

Welcome to this peaceful condo located in a relaxing complex situated on Shore Drive in Myrtle Beach!



It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in.



Parking: Easy access private parking lot. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.



Entry: Complex elevator. 4th floor. Self check in w keypad. Please be advised that there is a ring camera



Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen with cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans.



Family room: Access to the balcony.



Bedroom 1: King bed.



Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1.



Bedroom 2: Bunk bed - double & twin.



Bathroom 2: Located in the hallway.



Balcony: Peaceful. See photos!



Amenities: Complex outdoor pool, indoor/outdoor pool combo, hot tub, and fitness center. Moreover, enjoy the spacious sun decks. Subject to operation schedule determined by the HOA.



Beach: Nearby access!

IMPORTANT NOTE: A beach renourishment project will begin in the third week of May (exact date to be confirmed) and is expected to last approximately 10–12 days. During this time, sections of the beach between the Singleton Swash and Apache Campground Swash will be temporarily impacted with rotating closures as work progresses in phases. Guests should also expect construction activity in the area, including noise and heavy machinery during the work period.



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.



Guest Access:

Guests will have the entire unit for themselves (other than a private owner's closet) along with the shared complex pool.

The complex is located in a popular spot on Shore Drive - which makes for a perfect family vacation.

Getting Around:

Guests will have parking passes and can drive to all of the restaurants, shopping, and attractions that Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach have to offer. You can also request and Uber, Lyft, or get a taxi.

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.



Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

Routine Pest Control happens monthly on the 1st Saturday.On the day of service, a technician will need access to the property in order to complete the treatment, and we kindly request that guests allow entry. You will be notified a few days prior to the scheduled visit. Please note that if access is not provided, a fine of up to $250 may be applied to the reservation.

By the HOA guidelines, we kindly ask that the booking guest needs to be at least 25 years of age or older with identity verified through the booking platform



No pets. Max guest count is 5.



PLEASE NOTE:

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
