Security Cameras – Exterior cameras only. Tampering with cameras and/or wifi cancels reservation without refund.
No Smoking Inside - no e-cigarettes/no vapes. Dispose of outdoor cigarette waste properly.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Host is not responsible for third party disruptions such as utilities including power outages, or other weather hazardous conditions.
Pool – Swim at your own risk. No glass, alcohol, pets, or horseplay. Never swim alone. Dry off before entering the house.
Maintenance – Lawn, pool, and pest services may occur during your stay; emergencies may require access.
