Only 15 minutes from downtown Detroit and downtown Royal Oak with easy accessing to the highway. Steps away from popular downtown Ferndale. Discover this 2-bedroom house in Hazel Park. Your central hub for sports, night life entertainment, local bars, museums, amazing Detroit waterfront and more. The lovely space features one queen bed and one full bed, perfect for a small group or family. Whether you’re here for a quick getaway or an extended stay, this delightful home offers a cozy retreat.


This is a wonderful family-friendly neighboorhood, and we truly appreciate your help in keeping it peaceful and enjoyable for everyone.

IMPORTANT Considerations: Per city ordinance from the City of Hazel Park, Michigan. To avoid potential citations please make note of the following house rules:

1. House Parties are absolutely not allowed and strictly prohibitied.
2. We can only have a maximum of 6 persons on the property at any given time. No exceptions.
3. Guests must observe quite hours from 8PM-7AM. (No excessive noise and/or loud music)

For your safety and security we have 2 monitored exterior security cameras covering the front and side door entrances of the the property. One camera is on the East side of the property (to the right of the Front door). The remaining camera is on the West side rear of the property facing south towards the side door.

There is a noise monitor located inside the property that will alert if excessive noise levels are reached.
