Dass die Wäsche nach Rauch gerochen hat, tut uns sehr leid und entspricht natürlich nicht unserem Standard. Gerne hätten wir dies während deines Aufenthaltes gewusst und dafür gesorgt, dass du neue, frische Handtücher erhältst.
Vielen Dank für den Tipp, zu einem großen Besen. Dieser wird jetzt besorgt und in die Unterkunft gebracht.

Objekt in toller Lage
Die Wohnung war wie im Inserat beschrieben - die Lage des Objektes ist hier sicherlich besonders hervorzuheben. Leider ließ sich die Wohnung nicht heizen, da Wasser in der Heizungsanlage fehlte und die Heizkörper nicht entlüftet waren.
