Schöne Lage und Aussicht

Wohnung mit guter Aufteilung. Lage ist ruhig mit schöner Aussicht. Nur 5 Minuten mit dem Rad bis zum Hafen/Zentrum. Ausstattung in Ordnung. Könnte mal auf aktuellen Stand gebracht werden. Aber dies ist ja Geschmacksache. WLAN war im Hausflur vorhanden. Ansonsten alles gut.
