The balcony invites you to sit outside after an eventful day, with a view of the Kaisergebirge. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, refrigerator and a 4-plate cooker, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and kitchen utensils. The flat is situated in a family-friendly complex with a playground, quiet islands in the garden and an indoor swimming pool in a quiet location at the gateway to the Alps.

In winter skiing on the Hocheck with floodlights or tobogganing 3 km down into the valley on the floodlit toboggan run. The Sudelfeld ski area is about 20 km away. In summer Oberaudorf offers 200 km of hiking trails, summer toboggan run, parks, skate park, Luegsteinsee lido with large water slide, bathing lakes all around, nature and forest nature trail, asphalt stick track, bicycle rental, tennis courts, table tennis, billiards, mini-golf, horse-drawn carriage rides, water skiing facilities, fairytale and wildlife park close by.
