The Sandy Pearl-New showers, golf cart, & fire pit!

The Sandy Pearl is located in the peaceful community of Surfside Shores. Complete with private beach access, a short walk to the beach (or a 90 second golf cart ride). This low key community is only for home owners and their guests which makes it perfect to get away from the crowds. A short 15 minute drive takes you back to all the activities that Gulf Shores has to offer.

This spacious 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom this home provides the perfect blend of comfort and relaxation. Enjoy newly remodeled tile showers, backlit mirrors, quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances.
This home was completed in 2023 with many upgraded features including memory foam mattresses and smart televisions in the family room and each bedroom. We offer free wifi and you are able to login and out of all streaming accounts. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking. It has a pot/pod Keurig coffee maker, crockpot, air fryer, blender, toaster and a stand alone ice maker for all your cooler needs! There is seating for 12 between the dining room table and island bar stools. Enjoy an after dinner family game with our fun assortment or roast s'more's in the back yard fire pit.

We only rent to responsible parties over 25 years of age.

Golf Cart and Fire Pit Rules:

Check wind conditions for burning and
do not burn anything except natural
wood.

Do not leave fire unattended--Adults are
only to light and tend to fire.

Keep chairs away from fire--Extinguisher
located on wall near picnic table.

Golf cart drivers must be 18 years of age
and licensed. A photo ID and signed waiver will be required after booking.
Follow ALL traffic laws.

Golf cart is NOT allowed outside of
Surfside Shores subdivsion.

Park only in designated areas along
beach front.

The Sandy Pearl was an amazing and beautiful home to stay in. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, and our family enjoyed every moment there. While we loved having the golf cart that came with the property, the walk to the beach was so easy that we often chose to walk instead.We were especially happy to find that the house provided chairs to take to the beach, along with beach toys. This was a helpful touch since we didn’t have room to pack those items. It made our beach days effortless and fun.We did have a few questions for the owners during our stay, and they were incredibly quick to respond and so helpful every time. We truly can’t wait to stay at The Sandy Pearl again!
