Welcome to this charming 500 sq ft getaway featuring hardwood floors and a small fully stocked kitchen. Built in 1949, this unit has original charm with a simple and comfortable layout.
You’ll be right across the street from beautiful Fletcher Park, perfect for morning coffee strolls or a walk with the dog.
And when you’re ready to explore, the Village District—filled with shops, restaurants, cafés, and a convenient grocery store—is less than a mile away.

Note: There are two PTAC heating/cooling units in the apartment, one in the bedroom and one in the living room. They can be noisy, but one can be turned off as one unit alone can heat or cool the whole space.
We welcome pets with a $75 pet fee per stay.
