The Space:

This spacious home is designed to comfortably accommodate large groups and families, offering six bedrooms, ten beds, and sleeping arrangements for up to 18 guests. The property features four bathrooms—two full and two half—providing ample convenience and privacy throughout the stay.



Guests are welcomed through a double-door entry into a thoughtfully designed interior with multiple spaces for relaxation and entertainment, including a foosball area, a large living room with a smart TV, and a dining area seating ten. The fully equipped kitchen offers generous counter space and storage, while in-home laundry adds everyday convenience.



The backyard serves as a private outdoor retreat with a gated swimming pool, multiple lounge areas, patio seating, and a grill—ideal for enjoying Arizona’s sunshine. Additional features include a dedicated workspace, an upstairs balcony with seating, and well-appointed bedrooms across both levels. This home is an excellent choice for groups seeking comfort, space, and a well-rounded vacation experience.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire house and all its available amenities.



Other Things to Note:

Pool Information:

The pool and spa are not heated. It is serviced every Wednesday.



Trash Collection and Outside Maintenance:

The trash collection is every Tuesday morning. Someone will put the trash bins on the curb the night before collection and return them after collecting the trash.

We have regularly scheduled landscaping and exterior maintenance on the property.



Inside Fireplace:

The fireplace inside the house is purely ornamental and non-functional, designed exclusively for display and decoration.



Please note that we do not provide cable TV at the property. However, we have a Smart TV available, so you can easily log in to your favorite streaming services like Netflix, Prime Video, and more. Perfect for a relaxing escape or a productive work trip, this home is ready to host you!
