The Space:

Step outside first and you’ll see why this home lives up to its name. The lakeside deck is set up for effortless outdoor living, complete with a table for al fresco meals, a grill ready for sunset cookouts, and easy lake access for spontaneous swims or paddles. Kayaks waits for morning adventures, while the private dock invites you to cast a line, dangle your feet in the water, or sink into the lounge seating and watch the lake drift by. From morning coffee on the deck to evenings by the gas fire pit and dock, every outdoor space invites long, unhurried days on the water.



Inside, the home welcomes you with a cozy, open living space that feels instantly comfortable. The living room is perfect for winding down after a day outside, with a plush couch, multiple armchairs for everyone to spread out, and a collection of board games that make evenings easy and fun. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials, making it simple to whip up breakfast before hitting the lake or prepare dinner to enjoy together. Just nearby, the dining table and nook comfortably seat six—ideal for shared meals, card games, or planning the next day’s adventures. Lakeside Serenity is the kind of place where time slows, memories linger, and every moment feels like a true lake getaway.



This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed and a smart TV.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.



Bedroom #3 is located in a separate cabin and includes 2 queen size beds, a desk, and a smart TV.



This home also includes a half bathroom and an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- The boat slip will not be available for guest use and will be occupied by the owners' boat during all guest visits.

- Guests may tie up a boat on the side of the dock.

- Washer and dryer in home.

- This home offers parking for up to 4 vehicles.

- 2 vehicles may park in the area in front of the main house.

- 1 vehicle may park parallel to the road in the area in front of the smaller cabin.

- 1 vehicle may park parallel to the road against the rock wall across from the house.

- The main entrance and parking are located near the bedroom level, with the main living area just one flight down—accessible by either the interior stairs or an exterior staircase.

- This home is equipped with four (4) external security cameras:

(1) located on the front entrance main house and actively monitoring the area in front of the door and parking,

(2) located on the front entrance of the cabin, deck, and dock and actively monitoring the view of area in front of the door and parking,

(3) mounted on the side of the house near the deck and actively monitoring the stairs from the parking area down to the main floor entrance and the area in front of the main floor door,

(4) mounted on the side of the house under the deck and actively monitoring the dock.
