This newly remodeled mid-century/Boho 2-bedroom, 1-bath getaway offers peaceful waterfront setting with a screened in porch, spacious lakeside deck, and your own private dock with boat slip and swim platform.

Spend your days swimming, fishing, boating, or simply unwinding in the calm waters of the cove. The private dock makes lake access easy and convenient, while the wooded setting creates a peaceful atmosphere perfect for couples, families, or a weekend getaway with friends.


Whether you’re looking for a relaxing lakefront retreat or a fun-filled boating weekend, this cozy waterfront property offers the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and lake life charm. Your boat, Jet Ski or boat rental will find a 10x22 boat slip for dock parking. There are public boat ramps at the lake to choose from. This excellent home offers a relaxing retreat after a day of swimming, boating fishing or exploring. You can also pet the neighbor's camels Jasper and Jethro! Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Remove debris from kitchen counters and sink. Bag all trash and put in outdoor trash can near shed.
Remove outdoor cushions and place in screened in porch. Lower patio umbrella and secure. Clean grill.
If you have moved any furniture to the dock, return it to where it came from. Raise dock ladder . Secure dock furniture.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We were pleasantly surprised that this house was even better than the VRBO listing. The location was excellent, a nice quiet getaway location. It was extremely clean and well stocked with anything you would need. The water was only about 20 steps from the front door. Your own personal covered dock was included. It great meeting the owner, Amy, and chatting with her.

Outstanding property on the lake. Clean, updated, filled with amenities. We enjoyed the screened-in porch, the view from the dock, and floating in the lake. The owners truly love and care for this space and want guests to have a comfortable, relaxing time. They live just down the road and are happily available to assist with anything. We absolutely loved our stay and would return for sure!

A fabulous experience at Emma’s House on the Lake of the Ozarks! Amy and Mike were exceptional hosts who created a truly comfortable and welcoming space; they went above and beyond in every way. The water‑front location sits on a calm nook of the lake, perfect for kids to fish and swim right off the dock. We loved watching the frequent wildlife visits from deer, geese, and ducks. Such a peaceful, family‑friendly getaway. We’re already looking forward to our next stay!

We had an amazing stay and can't recommend this home enough! The house has been beautifully remodeled with so much attention to detail. It was comfortable, inviting, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location is fantastic - close to everything while still feeling peaceful and quiet.The hosts were absolutely amazing—friendly, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience.Even when we unexpectedly lost power for one night, it turned into one of our favorite memories. We joined the neighbors for dinner and celebrated the Fourth of July together with an amazing fireworks show,which made the experience even more special.Between the beautiful home, the incredible hosts, the great location, and the wonderful community, this was a trip we'll always remember. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend!
