A total of 39 hotel-style, exclusive holiday apartments await you, each with a balcony, loggia, or terrace. These excellent apartments are 2- and 3-room units ranging from 42 square metres to 99 square metres of living space, all featuring high-quality finishes. All apartments feature underfloor heating. The units are spread over three floors and are easily accessible by lift. Some of the holiday homes are designed to be accessible. Free Wi-Fi is, of course, available. A limited number of bicycle parking spaces are provided. Each holiday apartment offers a view of the harbour area and the Baltic Sea. The Hafenspitze area also features a BAIS guest reception desk, as well as restaurants and various small shops. You’ll spend your stay in a maritime setting and can reach Wismar’s Old Town in just a few minutes on foot—home to historic buildings and Brick Gothic churches, complete with a viewing platform offering a panoramic view of the Hanseatic city.

With a living area of 99 square metres, up to 4 people can enjoy a perfect holiday here. A high-quality kitchenette is provided, as well as two separate bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. Upon your arrival, the beds for 2 people will already be made. Towels for 2 people are also included. This is a non-smoking apartment. For a fee, you can park your vehicle in the car park at the Old Harbour, approximately 300 metres away.

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, offering ideal conditions for a stay. There are two separate bedrooms, as well as two very modern, en-suite shower rooms. Upon arrival, made-up beds and hand/shower towels for 2 people are included. Additional linens are available for a fee.
