The units are spread across three floors and are easily accessible by lift. Some of the holiday homes are designed to be barrier-free. Free Wi-Fi is, of course, available. A limited number of bicycle parking spaces are available.

You’ll be staying in the very comfortable 3-room holiday apartment “Hafenspitze Dock 07,” located on the 1st floor, with a living area of 75 square metres and an east-facing balcony. The apartment offers nearly ideal conditions for up to 4 guests. The living and dining areas are combined, and you can make yourself right at home on the comfortable sofa. There is also a dining table, an internet-enabled TV, and an internet radio. The open and fully equipped kitchenette, complete with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc., allows you to prepare your own meals.

Two separate bedrooms provide a peaceful retreat—one with a double bed and one with two single beds—as well as storage space. Upon your arrival, the beds for two people will already be made, and towels will be provided. You can book additional linen packages for a fee. The en suite bathroom, featuring a glass shower enclosure, toilet, and heated towel rack, ensures you start your holiday day on a pleasant note. The holiday rental is a non-smoking property.

If you’re arriving by car, you can rent a parking space in the car park at Altstadthafen, just 300 metres away.
