The 40 m² holiday rental is located on the ground floor of a house with 7 holiday rentals:



• combined living room/bedroom with satellite TV and a closet

• small bedroom with 2 single beds placed end-to-end

• kitchenette with coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle in the hallway

• toilet/shower

• Bedding available for rent; please note this when booking

• Covered terrace with outdoor furniture, grill, and shared clothes dryer



The Grauer Esel house is located near the beach in the small island village of Gollwitz, right on the village pond.
The holiday apartments are located on the ground floor and ground floor.
The property includes a large play and sunbathing area with playground equipment and a car park.
A bus stop is located about 50 metres away. There is also a small snack shop nearby in the FIP Ferienpark (subject to seasonal opening hours). There are also a few restaurants in the area. The natural beach with its offshore bird sanctuary is only 200 m away.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in July and August! Pets are strictly prohibited in units 321, 322, and on the 3rd floor!



Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and check-out is from 1:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
