Nestled in Martin and just 17 minutes off I85, our gorgeous 6 bedroom cottage offers everything a family or group could want in a lakefront getaway. You'll be on a wide but uncongested part of the lake. Bring your own boat year round, the free public boat ramp only 5 minutes away and less by water. From our dock you'll enjoy the provided kayak, paddle board, canoe, or swimming at the dock in the calm waters of the quiet cove. On the deck, in the 3-sided screened living room with fireplace, or in one of the two indoor or outdoor living rooms, guests will find their own space to relax or gather. We hope our beloved lake home creates a fabulous setting for your next getaway. We look forward to hosting you at our place.
Bringing a boat? Enjoy the convenience of a private dock with exceptional year-round water depth. Unlike many areas of the lake, the dock remains accessible even when lake levels are low, allowing boats of all sizes to stay tied up right at the property throughout your stay. For easy launching and retrieval, a public boat ramp is located just 5 minutes away.
NOTE: the boat you see in the dock photos is not available for guests currently. We are working on making it available for charter. I can provide a list of places to rent boats and a couple charter options nearby.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items
Turn off the lights
Please make sure all 6 exterior doors are locked,
Any wood fires are completely extinguished and grill propane tanks closed.
Any loose items on the dock should be returned to their origin and tied down, they tend to blow away! Umbrellas closed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

As Georgia natives, we've always loved spending time on the water and dreamed of having a lake home of our own. We enjoy wakeboarding, wakesurfing, and taking family and friends out on the lake to experience everything Lake Hartwell has to offer. Bringing people together has always been one of our favorite parts of lake life, whether it's a day on the water, a meal shared on the deck, or simply relaxing and enjoying each other's company. We chose this property for its peaceful cove, easy lake access, and abundance of spaces to gather both indoors and outdoors. We're excited to share it with guests and hope you'll make great memories here, just as we have.

We chose this neighborhood because it is one of the more desirable areas on Lake Hartwell, with well-maintained homes, friendly neighbors, and a quiet, wooded setting.
