Appart spacieux, très propre et bien équipé. Agréable loggia. Très près de tout à pied, et même d'un petit cinéma. A noter : accueil de l'agence sympathique, personnel à l'écoute. A recommander : en plein centre de Guétary, le bar / restaurant "Le Bar Basque", bonne ambiance locale, personnel agréable et prix très corrects. A éviter : le marchand de pizzas (au centre aussi) pizzas chères, peu garnies, pâte à larges "trottoirs"

Des points positifs et négatifs

Appartement très bien situé avec sa place de parking. Nous avons pu tout faire à pieds pour les 4 jours où nous y étions. L'appartement a été rénové dans un style moderne cependant il ne faut pas trop regarder les finitions (la porte de la chambre ne ferme pas car le sol du salon/séjour a été refait, des prises posées de travers...) On y trouve tout ce dont on a besoin. Mauvaise isolation phonique avec les autres appartements.
