Located in Davenport, enjoy all this 4 bedroom, 3 bath townhome has to offer! Specific townhouse is located only one short block to all the amenities. The townhouse is located in a 24/7 guard gated community with a 24/7 front desk if you have any issues. The space features a king bed, a full bed, and four twin beds, perfect for large families. A beautiful living room with a sofa bed provides extra sleeping space or a cozy spot to gather. Enjoy all the amenities including multiple heated pools, lazy river, hot tubs, large gym, arcade, ice cream parlor, restaurant and bar at the pool, and playground. Use the indoor adult only hot tub, sauna, or steam room. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at this tremendous townhome. Don’t miss your opportunity to stay at the best location in the complex.

*Important: All guests must check-in at the Regal Palms front desk before arriving to the unit for registration. Resort fees are due during check in. These fees are $22.50 per night per unit, and gives your whole family access to the amenities, fitness center, gate pass, and a parking permit for their vehicles.

The check in is a bit of a process and there was a long line. This is nothing the host could handle, though. The pool is nice and the restaurant has great prices. There is a hidden fee of 22.50 per day when you arrive, so make sure you read the fine print. I would stay again!

Great place to stay. Very nice place, had plenty of room for our party of 10, pool area was awesome and Jim the owner was super nice and easy to deal with. Would totally stay here again!

Why they chose this property

I searched all over the Orlando area for a resort that had all the amenities and a safe gate guarded community and a great front desk. This one was the best option I found.

What makes this property unique

This property is less than 2 minute walk to the amenities (Pool, Gym, Restaurant, Bar, etc). I like being so close. Many other units at this location, but many of them are more than 10 minute walk to the pool.
