Urlaub 2024

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einer ruhigen und entspannten Umgebung. Die Wohnung war für unsere Ansprüche gut eingerichtet und es war alles da was man benötigte, die Vermieter immer ansprechbar und erreichbar. Sehr zu empfehlen ein Musicalbesuch in Stuttgart, auch kurzfristig online buchbar.

Schöner Urlaub

Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und es gibt alles, was man braucht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass es sehr ruhig ist, obwohl die Wohnung im Keller eines Mehrfamilienhauses liegt. Vielen Dank an Herrn Sommerfeld!

Schöne preislich faire Suterrain Wohnung

Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und stets bemüht auch auf individuelle Bedürfnisse schnell zu reagieren. Ich war lange dort und kann nur sagen, dass man in der Gegend keine Wohnung mit einem besseren Preis-Leistungsverhältnis finden wird.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Ferienwohnung alles was gebraucht wird war vorhanden. Es war angenehm kühl in der Wohnung obwohl draußen Hochsommerliches Wetter war. Auch unser Vermieter waren sehr freundlich.

Gemütliche FeWo mit allem was man braucht

Schöne FeWo mit Ess-Ecke, Küche und Wohnzimmer; extra Schlafzimmer und Bad. Sehr ruhig gelegen (trotzdem gut zu erreichen) und erholsam. Der Schlüssel lag versteckt und wir haben einige Minuten gebraucht um zu verstehen, dass die Wohnungstür während des Check-Ins offen stand. Nachdem wir das gesehen hatten war alles wunderbar 😁 Gerne wieder

Kurzurlaub

Leider hatte ich kein Glück mit dem Wetter. Ich hätte mir gewünscht, daß mir jemand sagt, wie der Müll zu trennen ist und wo er zu entsorgen ist. Das ist überall verschieden. Außerdem hätte ich mir eine Spülmaschine gewünscht. Ansonsten war Frau Sommerfeld überaus zuvorkommend, nett und freundlich und hat mir den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht.

Süße Ferienwohnung

Es ist eine süße Ferienwohnung im Kellergeschoss, welche aufgrund der vielen Fenster schön hell ist, die Umgebung lädt zum Spazierengehen ein. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist schnell und unkompliziert zudem ist die Familie sehr freundlich. Die Inneneinrichtung ist funktionell, dass Schlafzimmer liebevoll eingerichtet.

Die Kommunikation hat problemlos geklappt und Herr Sommerfeld war sehr zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung ist nett eingerichtet. Ein WLAN Verstärker für das Schlafzimmer wäre nicht schlecht. Ansonsten alles super! Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!

Schöne FerienWohnung in ruhiger Lage. Jederzeit gern wieder. Kommunikation mit Vermieter bestens.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut im Portal beschrieben. Alles war sehr gastlich und sehr gut vorbereitet. Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet und fehlendes Equipment konnte ich beim Vermieter anfragen. Ettlingen ist nur ca. 10 km entfernt und gut erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter funktioniert tadellos. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann diese Ferienwohnung nur empfehlen.
