Gut gelegen, Supermarkt und Bushaltestelle ums Eck. 2 Bäckereien fußläufig, auch die Promenade und der Strand sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auch die Garage ist nützlich, da da Auto kühl bleibt. Gelegen in aufstrebenden Stadtteil. Das Sofa ist verschmutzt, Internet muss dazugebucht werden da kein Netz. Geräumige Schränke, Silikonfugen in der Dusche müssen erneuert werden. Dir Reinigungsfirma hat versagt. Die Garage sollte durchgefegt und der Sperrmüll entfernt werden.

Si au début, nous étions dubitatif sur la distance de la mer ou de la cité intramuros, nous nous y sommes faits. Le séjour fut très agréable.

Appartement à l'état quasi neuf. Il faudrait compléter l'équipement avec un four micro onde et de quoi ranger les denrées alimentaires. Avantage: un petit garage et un parking gratuit à côté du bâtiment.
