The chalet is located at 845 metres and right at the foot of the ski slopes and the valley station of the Smaragdbahn in Bramberg am Wildkogel. The ski and hiking area Wildkogel Arena is right on your doorstep! This makes this chalet rightfully a ski-in /ski-out accommodation in winter. The gondola, ski rental and ski school, several restaurants where you can enjoy après-ski or dinner, the Spar supermarket and the centre are within walking distance. For delicious fresh rolls, walk to the bakery in just 1 minute.

Winter sports enthusiasts have come to the right place. The ski resort has modern lifts and is snow-assured. Here you can enjoy a winter sports holiday from December to Easter. In addition, ski resorts Kitzbühler Alps and Zillertal Arena are about 3 and 20 minutes' drive from Bramberg, respectively. These areas are also accessible by free ski bus.

In summer, this area mainly attracts hikers and mountain bikers, but also people looking for relaxation. Whether you are into sports or just want to enjoy the beautiful nature, you will be amazed by the unique panoramic views!
