Excellent appartment at nice location

Our appartment (1st floor) was exactly as described in the advertisement. It comes with enough parking space and a splendid view on the hills . The appartment was very clean, cosy, comfortable, fast Wifi (300mbit/s) and has a large flatscreen. Nice bedrooms with good matrasses. Kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, big american refrigerator, (microwave) oven etc. Not lacking anything. Very spacious bathroom with rainshower and toilet. On the balkany you can enjoy the sun, altough the main road may cause some traffic noise. We loved staying here for a week. Zuschen is a small sleepy village, so for entertainment you'll visit Winterberg (8km), or Willingen with it's new Skywalk bridge. For a good meal visit Aspendos restaurant (mainstreet). Nice food and great pricing. Communication with Celina was excellent! Thanks for having us!

Wir haben unseren Kurzurlaub in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist top in Ordnung, sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin ist grossartig. Sie reagiert sehr schnell, unkompliziert und es bleiben keine Fragen offen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Der erste Eindruck wenn man am Haus ankommt ist etwas ernüchternd. Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen was man auch in der Wohnung selber spürt. Etwas Farbe von außen und es wirkt schon wesentlich freundlicher.Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und geräumig. Gut ausgestattet und man kann dort eine schöne Zeit verbringen. Bei der Sauberkeit war ich etwas enttäuscht, auf dem Küchentisch wie auch im Wohnzimmer auf dem Esstisch und den Stühlen lagen noch die Brotkrümel von den Vormietern, in den Ecken haben die Spinnen auch ihr zu Hause gefunden.. Es wäre schön gewesen wenn die Wohnung nochmal gereinigt worden wäre. Alles in allem aber nichts schlimmes und wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Leider kann ich in der Anzeige nicht entnehmen das wir 300 Kaution zahlen mussten, das werde ich wohl überlesen haben. Aber auch das war nicht das Problem. Schade fand ich, das ich der Rückzahlung der Kaution hinterher rennen musste. Sowas hinterlässt einen bitteren Nachgeschmack. Ich denke nicht, das wir nochmal diese Wohnung anmieten werden.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sehr gemütlich und freundlich eingerichtet und auch die Räumlichkeiten waren sehr offen gestaltet. Wir hatten einen guten Ausblick auf die Landschaften.Genügend Aktivitäten für die Kleinen gab es in naher Umgebung ebenfalls. Die einzige Unannehmlichkeit waren die Verkehrsgeräusche, welche von der tiefer gelegenen Hauptstraße kamen. Ansonsten ein sehr entspannter Urlaub. Auch die Kommunikation zwischen uns und dem Anbieter / Vermieter ging reibungslos vonstatten. Liebe Grüße aus dem Ruhrgebiet

Schöner Aufenthalt mit Kautions- und Kommunikationsproblemen im Nachgang

Wir hatten in der Ferienwohnung einen schönen Urlaub. Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe von Winterberg und mitten in der Natur, sodass man schöne Spaziergänge machen kann. Die Wohnung ist auch sehr groß und gut ausgestattet. Trotzdem würden wir leider nicht wiederkommen. Zum einen lief im Badezimmer das Wasser in der Dusche nicht ab, sodass man nicht länger als zwei Minuten in der ebenerdigen Dusche duschen konnte, ohne das Bad zu fluten. Zudem warten wir seit über 2 Wochen seit dem Aufenthalt auf die Rückzahlung der Kaution und Kommunikationsversuche unsererseits gingen ins Leere. Auch wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass ein Teil der Kaution einbehalten wird, weil wir das Feuerholz benutzt haben (so wie es uns gestattet wurde) und weil wir unseren Pfand zurückgelassen haben. Das ist uns unverständlich zumal wir eine Reinigungsgebühr von 100€ bezahlt hatten. Es ist sehr schade, dass ein schöner Urlaub jetzt im Nachhinein im Stress endet.

Super, alles aanwezig in huis!

Een heel fijn verblijf, aankomst ging soepel. Schoon, groot huis, alles was aanwezig, zelfs handdoeken en opgemaakte bedden. Het balkon/terras was heerlijk en dan het uitzicht overval, schilderachtig :) Modern ingericht, en gezellig. Vlakbij een supermarkt en wat winkeltjes, Zuschen is een leuk klein dorpje. 7 min met de auto bij Winterberg vandaan, wat dan gelijk veel drukker en toeristisch is. Een minpunt is de autoweg door het dorp, die hoor je wel erg goed met de ramen open. Het kan een drukke weg zijn op sommige tijdstippen.
