Wir haben zwölf schöne Tage Sommerurlaub in der Unterkunft verbracht. Die Lage ist Top mit PKW Stellplatz vor der Tür und Abstellraum für Fahrradträger o.ä. Ein schöner Garten zum spielen mit Gartentor um z.b. mit Fahrrädern auf die Terrasse zu kommen. Eine Grundrenovierung wäre sinnvoll.

Die Wohnung ist von der Lage (15 Minuten Fußweg zum Hundestrand) top und sehr ruhig gelegen. Der eingezäunte Garten war perfekt für unseren Hund. In der Wohnung selbst könnte mal das ein oder andere ausgetauscht/erneuert werden. Ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Insgesamt haben wir uns recht wohl gefühlt. Die Lichtausbeute im Bad könnte durch eine zusätzliche Lampe erheblich verbessert werden. Die Kissen im Schlafzimmer waren in keinem guten Zustand. Auf der Terrasse standen zwei Grills. Sie luden aufgrund des Zustands nicht zum grillen ein.

Die Wohnung ist sehr runtergekommen: Kabel liegen frei, Terrassentür ausgenudelt, keine vernünftigen Sitzpolster für Terrassenstühle, Spülmaschinenverkleidung fehlt, Spannung der Spülmaschinentür viel zu hoch, Wasserhahn Spüle verkalkt, Wasserleitung Bad tropft usw. Finger weg!
