Le Harfang de Portneuf

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful chalet! The kitchen was well equipped, beds very comfortable and the entire Chalet was immaculate. Our host was very accommodating as well. I will definitely look to book here again in the future!

À l’arrivée, la température était très basse( plancher très froid). Mais par la suite, après avoir ajusté la température, tout c’est très bien passé! On aurait aussi aimé pouvoir faire un feu dehors. Notre hôte était disponible, avenant et répondait à mes questions! Beau séjour!

Bonjour Nadya Merci beaucoup d’avoir pris le temps de partager votre expérience. Nous sommes heureux de lire que, malgré une arrivée un peu plus fraîche, votre séjour s’est ensuite très bien déroulé et que vous avez apprécié la disponibilité et la réactivité de votre hôte. Merci également pour votre commentaire concernant la température à l’arrivée. Un suivi a été fait avec notre équipe afin de s’assurer que les réglages des thermostats soient bien vérifiés avant chaque arrivée, pour offrir un confort optimal dès l’entrée dans le chalet. Concernant le foyer extérieur, celui-ci est effectivement une belle particularité du chalet. Comme indiqué dans l’annonce, il est toutefois opérationnel de mai à octobre inclusivement, et le bois doit être apporté par les voyageurs. Nous comprenons que cela puisse décevoir en dehors de cette période et nous veillons à le préciser clairement afin d’éviter toute surprise. Merci encore pour votre séjour et pour vos bons mots. Ce sera un plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau pour une prochaine escapade. Cordialement
