This spacious villa offers uninterrupted, panoramic sea views from almost every corner. From the ground floor, enjoy two king-bed bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a generous living area—both overlooking the turquoise sea. Step outside to your huge ocean-front terrace with an outdoor dining and lounge area that flows directly into a large sea-view swimming pool, ideal for relaxing or observing marine life passing by.

This coastline is famous for its natural wonders: dolphins, turtles, birds, and stingrays are often seen right in front of the villa.

On the side of the property, you’ll find a charming palapa with a barbecue and bar, perfect for private events, smaller or bigger celebrations, or simply enjoying sunset drinks.

The second floor offers even more space and scenery, including two king-size bedrooms, a bathroom, an additional kitchen, a dining area, a bright sea-view living room, and a large private terrace for sunrise or stargazing.

The entire villa offers 4 bedrooms with king-size beds, comfortably accommodating 8 guests.
