An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes. The location on the marsh with big windows and the dock right outside was lovely! The house was very clean and exactly as described. The only negatives was that the sheets were very scratchy and cheap feeling and we were only given three towels for our 5 night stay, so had to buy laundry detergent and wash towels every day, which is not ideal.

The villa was great! The accommodations were perfect for our group of three adults, but could work for two couples (and with the Murphy bed another person). The decor was charming, the kitchen well-stocked, the beds extremely comfortable, and the view of the marsh spectacular! The chairs set facing the view was my favorite spot for morning coffee and a sunset glass of wine. We were very grateful to have access to the amenity cards as well. Coastal Getaways was very responsive. Thank you for a great stay!

CANCELLATION POLICY: For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
