Beautiful 3-room holiday apartment, approx. 64 m², for up to 4 people

The "Isernhagenhof" country house is located right next to the beach. Lovingly designed in a country house style with many unique features and amenities.

On the light-filled ground floor, you’ll find:

Living/kitchen/dining area: A sun-facing living and dining room with a TV and a beautiful built-in kitchen. The tiled stove will provide you with cosy warmth. The living room opens directly onto the large garden area with a furnished southwest-facing terrace and a seasonal beach chair.

On the ground floor, you’ll also find a guest bathroom with a window.

A staircase leads down to the basement:

Bedroom 1: Cosy double bed, plenty of storage space, and a window.

Bedroom 2: Spacious bedroom with two single beds, a beautiful painting near the window, and a TV.

Bathroom: Bright, modern shower room with a toilet and a window.

Location: This modern holiday rental is located very close to the beach in Wenningstedt and is not far from the town centre. The lovely restaurants are just a few steps away.

Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt in unserem Apartment und waren sehr begeistert. Die Ausstattung, ist TOP Super Lage ,bis zum Strand etwa 5 -10 Gehminuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Edeka oder Bäckerei Konditorei etwa 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Wir haben unsrem Urlaub sehr genossen. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen.

Vorweg: Sehr freundliches professionelles Personal und Betreuung. Jedoch leider war das Appartment wegen Schimmel im Bad nicht akzeptabel. Hier hätten wir uns um ein Angebot der Verwaltung gefreut, i.e. 10% Nachlass. Die generelle Ausstattung war sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Unter anderem fehlte es a grundsätzlichen Dingen zum frühstücken wie saubere Pfannen etc. ... Die Aussage an uns war dann das die Anlage Ende des Jahres renoviert werden muss vom Eigentümer...hat uns nicht wirklich geholfen.

Eine perfekte Wohnung! Die Lage, die Ruhe, die Ausstattung- aĺles, das führt zum Urteil zur perfekten Ferienwohnung. Einzig muss man wissen, dass die Schlafzimmer im Keller sind, man zwar Lichtschächte vor sich hat, wodurch Tageslicht ankommt, man aber keine Aussicht hat. Uns hat das gar nicht gestört. Es ist dadurch noch ruhiger und kühler. Der Garten und die Terrasse sind ein Traum. Wir haben viel im Strandkorb gesessen. Zum Edeka, zum.Bäcker, zu Fisch Blum sind es 250m -also zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad leicht zu erreichen und die 200m zum Strand sind perfekt, um schnell nochmal zum Sonnenuntergang dorthin zu gehen.

Als "Wiederholungstäter" im Risgap in den App. 1 & 4 eine ganz klare Empfehlung für dieses Haus! Lage, Ausstattung, Einrichtung, Sauberkeit hin bis zum eigenen Stellplatz sind einfach traumhaft! Weiterhin waren erste Gebrauchsartikel für den Haushalt großzügig vorhanden. Die Terrasse mit Strandkorb und angrenzendem Rasengrundstück setzen das Plus hinter die Eins! Daher mein Gesamturteil: 1+
