Cosy 2-room holiday apartment with approx. 48 m² of living space, for 2 people (up to 4 people upon request)

This holiday home, located very close to the beach, was modernised in the spring of 2023 and partially furnished with new furniture.

A separate entrance leads you into the hallway with a staircase that leads to the light-filled upper floor, where you’ll find:

Living/kitchen/dining area: The kitchenette, equipped with every convenience, includes a washer-dryer combo. A spacious dining area with a view of the TV invites you to relax. The room is rounded out by a cosy corner sofa that also serves as a high-quality sleeper sofa for two additional guests. On the large west-facing balcony, which offers a partial ocean view, you can unwind and relax. Additionally, in the southern part of the property, there is a sheltered sunning area where a beach chair is available for your use during the summer.

Bathroom: Spacious shower room with toilet, towel rack, and window.

A staircase with a railing on one side leads up to the separate bedroom in the attic:
Bedroom: Cosy bedroom with a double bed, built-in closet, chest of drawers, TV, and windows.

Location: This modern holiday rental is located near the beach in Wenningstedt and is not far from the town centre. The lovely restaurants are just a few steps away.

Pets: 1 small dog up to 35 cm in height at the withers allowed (for a fee)
