We stayed at this property with a group of 11, 4 kids and 7 adults, and had plenty of room. Kitchen is well equipped, rooms are large and spacious- kids loved the bunk beds! The house is exactly as described. The owners are also fantastic to work with and responded promptly to any questions/concerns and even let us check in early. Kids adored the arcade room and pool. The area this house is in is quiet and residential (near the end of a dead end) but literally 5 minutes from Publix and other stores. Tons of beaches are nearby (AMI beaches), 15-30 minutes away depending on traffic. We also found a little park nearby that manatees frequent! We would 100% stay at this location again!
