House is very nice!! Great pool and spa. Playground set and putting greens were a lot fun for the kids. Beach just 15-20 minute drive depending on traffic. They provide you with beach chairs, umbrellas and wagon. Host responds quickly to any needs.

We had a wonderful stay!Great location, close to everything.I loved that essentials were provided, coffee, creamer, soaps, salt, pepper, beach towels! There was plenty of room for our family, we enjoyed the large kitchen & dining area. The only complaint we had was the pool took a while to heat up. It did heat to 85, just took a while to get there & still seemed cold. I would recommend to others to stay here & would stay again myself.

Great house, well maintained! The AC kept up with the heat which was nice, because we’ve stayed in many rentals in August where most of the bedrooms stayed warm. Kitchen was equipped with so many things! Host was easy to work with!

If you looking for perfect spot for entire family this is it. We loved the place. Swimming pool , grill , layout of the house , kitchen was fantastic!!! We had 3 families and kids staying there and we all got there and everyone had their space . Kids loved the playroom and the pool. Thank you for letting us rent it and make my birthday really special day thanks to this home. And bonus shopping center is right around the corner with Publix , and other stores.
