This luxurious home beautifully blends historic charm with modern comfort, offering everything you need for a relaxing and fun-filled escape. It comfortably fits up to 12 guests across its six bedrooms.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guest is required to sign a Renter Agreement. A $300 Security Deposit is Required. Minimum age to rent is 21.
Renter Agreement must be signed within 72 hours after booking. Last-minute reservations, agreement must be signed before check-in info will be sent.

Wedding weekend

The house reminded of my great grandparents farm house and a beach- a perfect mix of both! We had plenty of space for 7 adults. We enjoyed the pool and hanging out playing games. It was a great time and we’ve already talked about going back.

50th Birthday Celebration

We all loved our stay at the Hayes House! The house itself was beautiful, very spacious and had a historical charm to it. The pool and outdoor tiki bar/yard areas were perfect for our large party and enjoyed by all. Geana and Troy were great hosts and very accommodating to all of our requests! Two thumbs up and wishing them a bright future, hoping to stay again sometime soon.
