Natural heart pine wood floors throughout this home is adorned with modest and tasteful furnishings. The sitting room (or living room as we call it today) offers a 1914 Chickering piano for entertaining. The dining room can seat 10 guests and has a beautiful coffee bar. The highlight of this oasis is undoubtedly the outdoor areas. Step outside to discover your private paradise. Our heated pool and spillover spa beckons for refreshing swims while the spacious patio and half acres yard offers a private bar for relaxing or watching your favorite sports. You are within walking distance to the Manatee River and historic downtown Bradenton and 20 minutes to Anna Maria island and beaches making this the perfect vacation getaway destination.

Sitting on the front porch swing and seeing the Manatee River at the end of the street makes this the perfect spot to enjoy evening sunsets or just relax after a long day. If you prefer to entertain, the backyard bar is the spot for you offering a 65" TV for enjoying while sipping on your favorite beverage.
