The 2020 completely refurbished bungalow is situated in a small and quiet complex with pool in Maspalomas.
Located to the south, you can enjoy the sun on the terrace or balcony during the whole day. Supermarkets, bus stops and restaurants are nearby. The next bus stop is reached within 5 minutes walking distance. Parking is available in the streets surrounding the complex.
On the GROUND FLOOR ther are the living area with integrated kitchen, the additional bath room and the terrace.
On the UPPER FLOOR there are the bed room, the bath room and the balcony.

• safe deposit box • adicional bath room • microwave • dishwasher • washing mashine • big refridgerator • coffee machine (NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto Piccolo) • 2 mattresses (each 90x200cm) • bath room on the upper floor with walk-in shower and window • 1 air condition on the ground floor and 1 on the upper floor (both with heating function) • 12 m2 terrace with sun loungers, and seating/dining area • balcony eqquipped with 2 chairs
