We really enjoyed staying in this unit! We have been going to the Maryland in Delaware beaches for decades, but typically stay in smaller houses at the beach. We loved sitting on the balcony in the early morning and in the evening, the views of the ocean from the 15th floor were amazing! This unit is unusual in the building because the balcony is completely open to the outside air. We were there during the high season of mid August, but there was plenty of room on the beach. My only criticism would be that while the main queen size bed was very comfortable. The single bed was just a mattress on a board, and the guest bedroom bed was pretty stiff with a plastic cover on it that made it less than ideal.
