The Association of Apartment Owners of the Waikiki Banyan will be renovating the recreation deck from April 7, 2025 through June 30, 2026. The entire recreation deck will be inaccessible, including the swimming pool, hot tubs, playground, and barbecue grills.

Work hours will be restricted to 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Noise is expected. We apologize for the inconvenience and will make every effort to ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
• Minimum age to rent is 21.
• Security deposit of $180 required at check-in.
• Parking: Registered guests only, vehicles under 6 ft. $50/week plus $200 pass deposit ($150 refunded if returned); credit card required before arrival.
• Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed.
• Smoking: All accommodations are non-smoking.
• Late checkout: $500/hour fee and may lead to eviction.
• Room assignments may differ from the photos, as each unit is unique.
• Please note: the recreation deck (pool, spas, BBQs, playground) will be under renovation from April 2025 to June 2026. Work takes place Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm. Please pardon the noise as improvements are made to the property.
