The unit was professionally cleaned and inspected prior to arrival, and no issues with soiled sheets or dirty towels were reported during the stay. Had any concerns been brought to our attention in real time, we would have addressed them immediately, as we always do.
Regarding linens, the property is stocked according to standard occupancy guidelines. Additional items are always available upon request.
It’s important to note that no communication was made during the stay to allow us the opportunity to resolve any of these concerns. Post-stay complaints without giving the host a chance to assist are not a fair representation of the experience.
