The house was truly amazing. We were hoping the photos were an accurate description of the house and we were all pleasantly surprised by how much nicer the house really is in person. We had an amazing stay over the 4th of July week. Everything was perfect with the house and property. The only negative was there are no cleats on the dock to properly tie a boat to. Other than that, everything was fantastic.

We enjoyed our stay here. It looked exactly like the pictures. The bay view was beautiful and the place was peaceful. It was nice having a fenced yard so our dog could play.

Amazing vacation stay

This property was absolutely immaculate, beautiful and secure. Very nice and quiet area with spectacular views at any time of the day. Carey Sue was super quick to respond. I definitely recommend staying here. Thanks for the great stay!

Home is beautiful, clean, and exactly as pictured! Location on the waterfront of the Santa Rosa Sound is so peaceful - perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach and for entertaining kids and dogs!

This house was perfect. The inside and outside are both stunning and clean. The fence for the dogs was the icing on the cake!

Friends + Wives Getaway

Great house to stay while reconnecting with friends. We didn’t want a condo on the beach. Great location on the bay. The house was clean and nice as advertised.

Family vacation

The house is in an amazing location right on the water. It is spotless and gorgeous, we've been on many vacations and stayed in lots of vrbo homes before, but this house far exceeds any others we have ever stayed in. The boys all enjoyed fishing off the dock and my kids loved swimming in the calm water in the bay. I highly recommend it!

Perfect Family Getaway

We had the best time at this property. The house was clean and the perfect size for our 2 families of 4. We fished off the dock and the kids swam in the sound with their own little private beach. The host was very nice and accommodating. The fenced in yard was great for our dog. We weren’t far from Destin which was nice at dinner time but we were far enough away that we were away from crowds of people. We will definitely stay here again.

Good but the rugs were pretty dirty. The views were just like the pictures.very nice. The bathrooms need locks. Openness was very nice.

Spring Break Retreat

This is a great location in a cozy neighborhood that’s right on the water. There's a wonderful outdoor space for entertaining. It’s quiet with a small private waterfront and dock/pier. Great for families and pets. The only negatives were a poorly stocked kitchen with limited pots and pans and containers. The mattresses .

Overall it was a good time. The lawn service could have been scheduled at a better time since we have a 1year with us. Also, having “owners cabinet keep out” posted on every other cabinet made it feel less inviting.

More Like 10 stars!!

We loved this house so much I literally could kick myself for not booking a week! The front yard is massive, and the back is completely fenced. We had our own dock and a little beach area perfect for our doodle and us to cool off in.The deck area had a ton of comfy furniture, and we spent every evening watching the dolphins go by and the mullet jumping out of the water. Pure heaven! The inside was beautiful. Huge TVs in every bedroom and comfortable beds. The master bath was really pretty and even had a fireplace by the huge tub. Communication with Easy Vacation Rentals was also top notch. I have zero complaints about this property and will definitely be returning!

There were only a few minor things. The creamer and the salt and pepper bags were both broken, so unusable. The basket with bags and rags for dog had no rags. We didn’t need them, but just letting you know for future.
