Families only - no college students allowed. HOA note 2 CAR LIMIT (3 if small compact parked in garage) - no off-street parking. Located on a private cul-de-sac with your own private beach just outside the back door in The Village at Navarre Beach. 3 bedrooms / 2 baths sleeps 6 . Two car garage (door opening 8 ft wide/7ft high & over 20ft deep) . Includes use of bikes, 2 kayaks & 2 paddle boards, hammock, BBQ pits (gas & charcoal), adirondack chairs, and beach cart for carrying your items to the beach (see picture), wifi, Smart TV's.

Located on a private cul-de-sac with only 20 homes, you'll be one of only 6 homes directly on the water. Each house has a private beach so - no public crowds. Gulf/beach access is located directly across the street (a 2 minute walk). Ceramic floors throughout, granite, stainless appliances , new deck, etc...

Beds are high quality and very comfortable. King in master, Queen in 2nd bed, bunk beds in 3rd room (twin on top and full on bottom) and a sofa sleeper in den.

Your own private beach located on the bay/sound just steps outside the backdoor. New back decks rebuilt 2023 with composite wood (no splinters), covered patio on the ground floor, w. outdoor shower. Use of fishing pier & fishing poles.
Balconies on every room - front and back, including upper floor private master bedroom.

If you have a boat, jet skis, etc. note - garage door openings are 8 ft wide by 7 ft high. Navarre public boat launch is located right down the street. Public Gulf of Mexico beach access is directly across the street. BE SURE TO READ THE FOLLOWING & ASK THE OWNER BEFORE BOOKING. HOA RULES PROHIBIT LEAVING A BOAT/JET SKI IN THE DRIVEWAY OR ON THE STREET SO MAKE SURE IT FITS IN THE GARAGE OR LEAVE IN THE WATER OR AT THE PUBLIC LAUNCH DOWN THE STREET.

This was such a great house! We loved our time here. Easy to be there and we felt right at home. It was clean and well equipped. Overall excellent experience. 1 thingto improve. The faucet on the shower in the master bath needs to be replaced. It was burning hot or ice cold. No in between. We stayed 5 days and never could get it figured out beyond extreme hot or ice cold.

We loved the location. There was always something for us to do, together or individually. Bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, dock fishing, private beach. Easy access to the beach, main fishing pier & restaurants. The house was very clean & the kitchen was great. We all loved it.

Todd, the property owner was amazing to work with, we ran into a couple issues and he was quick to resolve. The location is amazing and the sunset views are spectacular. We had a blast and are already planning our next trip.

Wonderful property & location. Enjoyed being on the Bay, but within a very short walk to the Gulf of America. Communication with owner was fantastic & very helpful. House wise, a few small things could use some updating, but overall it was an excellent stay & vacation.

Great location

Our family had a great time at this home on the bay. The kids could play safely in the calm waters at the beach just steps out the back, and we could even see them from inside to help keep an eye on them. The location was also convenient to stores. The whole family really enjoyed staying at this beach rental, and we would absolutely stay here again.

Spring Break girls trip

This is our second time staying here and it was as great as we remembered. Perfect for our group and what we want to accomplish that week…nothing. Great area to get our morning walk, come back for coffee and breakfast on the deck watching the sun warm up our beach area, and the rest of the day is relaxing, reading, and napping. We always watch a new series for the week so dinner and tv after the sun sets. Just perfect!

Amazing place to stay! Family friendly!

This is the perfect place to stay especially if you have littles who are not a big fan of the gulf waves, but you still want to have that experience. We stayed with our six children ages 2-11. We could hang out right behind the house and swim in the sound or take a quick 5 minute walk to the gulf side to play in the waves, which my older boys enjoyed. The house was clean and tidy. We loved every minute of our trip.

Wonderful stay!

We had an amazing time staying at this place. The house isn’t huge but you don’t spend much time inside. The master suite is very nice. The location is the best part. We enjoyed staying on the sound side. My only recommendation is adding more seating for eating inside. We had to eat in shifts. 2-3 bar stools would work great at the counter. Overall loved this place and would definitely stay again and plan to!

All was good, had same issue with AC but service guy was quickly there for repairs, Todd manager was Super Great, no room to park boat trailer which was fine we parked the trailer in the near by boat launching parking lot and received a parking fine, there was plenty of room and signs stating boat launch parking, gu nrbat Get vac, thansk!!

Great location, needs deep cleaning.

The house is location is great for bay and ocean access. The neighborhood is well kept. This house needs a deep cleaning. The tile floors and grout are very dirty. Every wall needs to be painted. The exterior needs a great deal of attention as well. We ended up going to Walmart and purchasing new pillows and pillow slips just for our piece of mind. Some of the furniture needs to be replaced due to it being very dirty. The garage is filled with many items to use but the musty smell kept us from using anything. The dryer vents directly into the garage . The garage needs a deep cleaning as well. The outdoor patio was great, we spent a great deal of time there when we were at the house.

Great Place to Relax

This is a great location to enjoy the water and just relax! We saw dolphins everyday, the beach was quiet, the water warm, and plenty of beach chairs and floaties. We walked to the gulf side one evening, but decided we preferred the sound. The house is comfortable, adequate for cooking, the patio is a great area for dining and relaxing. Would definitely stay here again! In fact I already tried to book for spring break but it’s not available.

Perfect Location

Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us! It was the perfect location for our family with 2 small children. We did visit the beach for a few morning walks and spent one day there but we enjoyed most of our time right out front playing and swimming. The calmer waters were perfect for our little children who spent hours swimming and digging in the sand! The house had a lot of extra things to offer for our use and all of the outdoor balconies were a bonus! We look forward to visiting again!

This house was great for our family. It was awesome to have our own private beach area right out the back door. Our kids played in the sand and water and we also launched our kayaks right in the backyard. It’s a quick walk across the street if you want to play in some larger waves. We’d be happy to stay here again.

Great Vacation Spot

This house is perfect for our family of five. You have access to a private beach, to both the sound side and the ocean, and everything you need on the property. This is our 2nd year to come here and I would definitely recommend it. The owners are also great to work with and are very accommodating.

We left this property in better shape than when we arrived.

Lots of positives....some significant negatives to the property. PROS: location (nice and relaxing area), private beach (this is actually the best part of this property), house layout (private master is nice). CONS: Two words describe this property. Deferred Maintenance. This house was filthy when we checked in. We spent the first evening of our vacation cleaning (4+ hours overall). Even for a beach house, there was sand everywhere (floors, rugs, carpets, beds). We purchased our own cleaning supplies since they are not provided. The owner did offer to have the cleaning company back the next morning but we did not really want a stranger in the house with all of our belongings (especially after we complained about the job they did). Lots of things in this house are "tired". Air vents are rusting or so dirty they can't rust. Window sills look like a bug cemetery. Hand rails on the deck are covered in mildew/mold. Floor of outdoor shower makes you feel dirtier than before you used it. Here is the list of what was "broken"...nice double rocker that would be awesome to use if not for the large screws sticking out of it. Hammock was ripped so it could not be used. Grills were both filled with old wet ashes (even though the listing says to empty them). Fancy beach wagon was broken and moldy (owner did order a new one that arrived Thursday afternoon and it looks nice although we didn't get to use it). The garage is a nice storage area for items you can use and lots of items previous renters left because they were were broken, didn't work, or they just didn't want. Good luck finding the useful items. The most concerning item on the maintenance checklist is an extreme soft spot on the wood decking. It is easily large enough and soft enough for an adult to stick their leg through. This absolutely needs fixed. It's not safe at all. The owner was very apologetic about the condition of the property but it's not likely any of these items will be addressed. I certainly understand that the goal is to generate as much income as possible. It seems to me that for what folks are paying per day to stay here that the least they could expect is a clean, safe, welcoming property. What we got was a spilled bag of Cheetos under the couch, enough sand all over the house to build our own indoor sand castle, and an unsafe deck. The good news for the next renter is that we left this property in much better condition than when we checked in.

Great place to stay

Very nice, quiet neighborhood. Little private beach was excellent. House was very clean, and owner was friendly and responsive. Great alternative to the chaos of Destin or Pensacola. Hope to be back.

Fall Break

We really enjoyed our stay. Enjoyed the bikes and private beach. And was a short walk to the gulf. Only down side were vents were visibly dirty and lamp over kitchen table was dusty. But over nice house and would stay there again.
