This craftsman lodge style townhome is in the perfect location. Easy to get around without a car. Once you arrive, you'll know why being here is so wonderful.
This home easily sleeps two families or one big one. With high vaulted ceilings, you feel inspired like you're in a cabin in Montana, yet have all the modern amenities. Featuring 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, 3 of the bedrooms have private bathrooms.
Read the reviews, location is everything and being centrally located once you park you'll never need the car. Great idea when it's snowing or you want to stroll and wobble home from dinner. Eagle Lodge / Chair 15 is down the street, and the free shuttle stops are directly across the street.
When the chef wants to take the day off, walk to a dozen+ restaurants, the grocery store or the best pub in Mammoth. Wake up and smell the latte from the Mammoth coffee roaster on the corner. Go around the corner and get Apres Ski at Distant Brewing, delicious hot ramen, the best take out sushi and down the street is the bowling alley, the ice rink, playground, and Mammoth Creek park for a quiet stroll.
This end unit is the largest size townhome on the property and is 3 levels. Enter this home with a private entrance, handy bench to slip off your boots, hang your skis, and trays to dry off wet shoes.

Each room is decorated with an alpine elegance reflecting the outdoor atmosphere and gold mining heritage of Mammoth Lakes. You'll feel transported from the city... and on vacation in the mountains.
Bedroom #1 (primary), has a Cal King size bed, with a bed warmer, Ralph Lauren designs, and Smart TV with all the streaming channels. High vaulted ceiling gives openness and the private bathroom has a double sink, shower/tub and toilet.
Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed, Smart TV with loads of streaming channels, with a Blue Ray player. It has a private bathroom with sink, shower/tub, and toilet. Check out the snow sleds in the closet.
Bedroom #3 is the cowboy room with a queen bed and bed warmer, Easy chair with foot rest to relax and chill and a nice reading lamp. Yee haw! The private bathroom has a shower/tub, sink and toilet and plenty of room to hang your Stetson at the end of the day.
The cabin was remodeled in 2022. We provide eco friendly towels, linens and soap amenities.
The great room is up one flight of stairs. Cuddle up in the living room with a gas fireplace, hardwood floors and a big sofa everyone can hang out on. There is a 65" smart TV with a Blue Ray/DVD player and all the streaming channels. The sound bar is Bluetooth so connect your phone for music as you like. The living room opens to a balcony patio, with a view of the Sherwin Mountains or the starry sky at night. There is a small BBQ on the deck for use during warmer months. There is a larger BBQ in the community area. All TV's have cable and Wi-Fi is throughout the house.
The kitchen is ready to go including both a regular drip and Keurig coffee maker, so bring your 'K' pods. Major appliances and utensils, pots and pans and a great blender for Margaritas. The dining table seats 8 plus 2 at the counter so 10 people can dine at the same time.
The 4th bathroom is on this level, with sink, large shower and toilet perfect for the guests staying in the loft and doubles as a guest bathroom.
The third level is the loft. With 4 twin beds it's a great place for kids and friends to hang out and have their own space. The loft is open to the living room.
Amenities include: Private in unit laundry, gas fireplace, private balcony, and forced air heating. Community amenities are a sauna, 2 spas, seasonal pool, BBQs, poolside lounge chairs, bathrooms poolside, all located steps from the unit. Run to the spa in winter, warm up in the sauna before going back to the townhome to hot showers with endless hot water. Summer or winter, you'll love the convenience of everything this townhome offers. Parking is for 2 cars, a 3rd may be arranged in summer only. The parking can also accommodate motorcycle and boat trailers in summer. Especially handy for our fisherman, and for our Motocross participants.
We set the home up for your arrival, and clean it up after your gone. Your responsibility is to clean up the kitchen if you use it. We use eco-friendly sheets and linens and every bathroom has soap amenities.
This property accepts pets. 1 medium size breed dog, prefer hypo allegenic non shedding. There is an extra charge. No cats. This property has 1 “Ring” doorbell, outside at the front door.
Check In is super easy. You'll get a code emailed to you 48 hours before arrival to open the front door. That's it.
There is a big giant "Christmas Tree" our front to welcome you to our winter wonderland, and don't forget to look up at the stars as we take great pride in not polluting the night sky with light.
Come stay for a week, a month or a long weekend. We operate the City Concierge in town and have lots of fun ideas, things to do, and are excited to host you, your family and friends. We've been doing this for over 20 years! See you on the slopes... or at the lake!

Why they chose this property
Location, location, location. The Mammoth town and village are away from the slopes, so being in town means everything is really close like the nightlife. Free bus transportation goes everywhere or just use your feet. Perfect when it is snowing outside. You can run down the street if you forget milk, or join your other friends at the best pub in town and walk home. The slopes are just down the street.
In the summer, load your mountain bike on the shuttle and head up to the mountain bike park. Bike ride home downhill. Now that is location!

What makes this property unique
The 2 spas and sauna are just across the driveway. Really handy. Bring flip flops in the winter so you can run across in the freezing cold and jump into the bubbling water. Hint: Put your towel in the sauna so you can have a warm one for the walk back.
