Guests can unwind in two comfortable living areas, including a cozy office with a futon. With 2 bathrooms, one even offers a bathtub for a soothing soak. The house stays comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning. Whether you’re working out or just freshening up, you’ll find everything you need right here. Kick back, relax, and enjoy everything Lake Tapps and our superb house has to offer.
Come for Valentine's day, enjoy the World Cup in Seattle, or enjoy summer/winter break/the holidays !!

With the lake as your backyard, spend your time swimming, kayaking, playing in the arcade game room, or challenge each other to a game of foosball/ping pong and also pickleball. Game farm park is also just minutes away for soccer or tennis!

Owner suite is downstairs level but you will have the entire rental space for your privacy. This area as well as large garage is off limits.

Tenant lives in ADU.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Make sure all furniture are back to their original locations , ESPECIALLY outdoor furniture Make sure outdoor BBQ is off and Hot Tub is covered :)
Strip used bed linen and leave them on top of respective beds/mattresses Wash 1 load of towels, place in dryer , and start drying process prior to departure
Take out all garbage from trash cans, recyclables, and dispose in marked cans on the gravel lot near the driveway gate Text when you are departing
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Located in Tacoma point. Pls drive slowly and safely through family friendly neighborhood .
Living room TV roku is unable to have guest mode because it signs out of all the other apps and will lose access to the apps we have on there
Master br has electric heater. Upstairs patio , can turn on lights w/ green timer control. Downstairs patio lights are on switch next to sliding door
