• Primary bedroom with King-sized bed downstairs next to kitchen with full-bathroom including double shower heads and soaker tub. Large walk-in closet available.
• Upstairs Bedroom #1: twin over full-sized bunk bed with roll-out twin cot. Private access to the upstairs covered patio area.
• Upstairs Bedroom #2: Queen-sized bed with TV and two nightstands
• Full bathroom upstairs with tiled shower/tub combo
• Laundry room/pantry next to kitchen and garage access
• Garage has been converted to a game-room with its own AC/heating unit. Enjoy ping-pong, foosball, or curl up on the cozy couch to watch your favorite show.

TECH AND EXTRAS
• High-speed wifi throughout home
• All TV’s are smart TV’s and can connect to your favorite streaming channel by logging in: 1 in main living room, 1 in game-room, 1 in primary bedroom, and 1 in the queen bedroom.

A FEW IMPORTANT NOTES:
- there is a bit of road noise heard from the backyard as it faces Hwy 105. It doesn't tend to be problematic for most guests but if you want it completely quiet in the backyard from road noise, this is not the place.
-the yard is NOT fully fenced (there is an opening on one side of the property to the font yard) so please plan accordingly if you have pets or children. It is also on open water without fencing for pets or children.

*Please note: The owners boat and jet skis are parked at this property. Please do not sit or touch the boat/jet skis as they are not for guests use. Owner may retrieve the boat/jet-skis during your stay but with a 24 hour notice and won’t be interrupting any more than 10 minutes in the backyard. Or please let us know if this will be an issue in advance and we will work around it.

Very nice home, smells clean. Possible recent renovations. No issues. However this area of the lake is very shallow, lots of logs. Be very careful boating around this area.
