We had a problem with refrigerator but property manager had it fixed quickly and she responded quickly The house is good space for families Use of kayak and paddle board was nice with easy in and out of water. We also rented a boat from April marina which we were able to dock in front of property

Beautiful place! Clean, well maintained home & manicured lawn. The host was very easy to communicate with. Everything we needed was provided. We would definitely consider staying at this property again and would highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit Lake Conroe.

Great clean location my only complaint was the back porch was full of wasp so I do recommend a power wash and spray to knock down wasp nest before your next rental but 10 out of 10 will rent again

We had a wonderful experience at ths lakehouse. Everything was perfect! The house was clean, comfortable, and spacious! There was excellent fishing, a peaceful surrounding, and many accessories in the kitchen. We even admired the design of the house. It was the perfect getaway.

Very nice house. Great location, rained a bit but we were still able to sit out on the large covered porch facing the water. Lots of places to eat nearby. Only negative was glass doors on 2 bathrooms got stuck and we couldn’t use them. Only tried to use them on last night , so we didn’t call it in, otherwise im sure someone would have come fix them. Would go back again.

Fantastic family stay!We stayed here with my parents and my brother’s family for a nearby wedding. The house was perfect—clean and well stocked! The lake views were relaxing and we even saw two bald eagles flying right over the lake in front of us!The management team was super attentive and easy to reach. My mother accidentally left behind an important (expensive!) prescription after check out, and the manager and housekeeper had it located and shipped right away!Our guys golfed and the kids had a blast playing tennis and pickleball at the courts. Such a relaxing place for us all to connect—thank you!!

Our weekend at this beautiful home was very relaxing and we would definitely stay again! We loved the back porch, beautiful lake views, fire pit, and all the fun extra amenities like the pool table and dart board. In addition, the hosts are fabulous to work with and were always easily accessible if needed. The experience from start to finish was 5-star all-around.

Absolutely beautiful home- well maintained-very very clean!This was one of the best stocked kitchen we have ever been in! And the little touches in all the bathrooms were wonderful! We are a family of 7- 6 adults and a 12 year old- more than enough room- never felt crowded!5 star stay!

Beautiful Lakehouse Weekend

We loved our stay at this beautiful home in April Sound on the lake. The home is just as described in the listing, and the owner was very easy to work with. The entire neighborhood is beautiful. The view off the back deck is lovely!
