Carpets had tons of stains and the couch had feathers everywhere. Walls are dirty in the stair way. Closing / Check out instructions are a bit much with the coat of the rental. The expectation of tearing the beds down and taking all the towels down to the laundry are crazy since a cleaning crewing would typically do all that. Maybe update pictures of the rooms. Indicate that there is a lack of closet spaces for down stairs and for the upstairs and downstairs master bedrooms.Other than that, it worked out.

We loved this property! It was perfect for our family of 9. Check-in was easy. It was very clean and well stocked. It had everything we needed. We brought our boat and were able to tie it up at the nice dock in front of the property. They also had 2 kayaks we could use which we really enjoyed. The covered patio was really awesome too. In addition, the owners were very nice and responsive any time I had a question. We highly recommend this property and will definitely be staying here again!

Great place, with huge open kitchen and large covered back patio with firepit overlooking the water. The 1st floor king bed and bathroom counters were high, and most of our party were short, but we managed and would definitely stay there again. The owners responded quickly to all questions and requests. Couldn't have asked for better service!

The Perfect Ren Faire Getaway

This is our third year at this property for our annual weekend at the Texas Renaissance Festival. The accommodations are perfect and all very comfortable.The open Kitchen/Living Room easily fits the entire group and the covered patio overlooking the lake is spectacular!

Perfect for a group of family and friends

Beautiful, well equipped home right by the water. Comfortable beds, sitting areas and eating areas. My family and I were in Montgomery for my daughter’s wedding and tris house was perfect accommodating us all. Fully recommend!
