Welcome to this lovely condo in Montgomery. We have been hosting for 2years and are Superhost ! This terrific property features 2 bedrooms. A queen bed in the main bedroom and twin beds in the loft with a futon. 2 full bathrooms equipped im each room . Full kitchen with microwave , dishwasher and coffeemaker. Enjoy the cozy living room with a sofa bed for additional space along with a dinning table . Enjoy the beautiful view from condo balcony with view of the lake and marina , park your boat on property-slip. More amenities like AC, heating, WiFi, smart TVs in rooms , property pool and more, guests will have everything they need for a comfortable stay. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please wash used kitchen items and place back. Gather all trash and throw away in outside trash bends next to condo . If you use George Forman grill that on patio ,please clean .
Leave pool key and boat ramp card in wooden basket that’s on island . If misplaced their will be a fee for replacement. Make sure and press the lock button on pad every time you leave condo .
Empty refrigerator before leaving . Gather all dirty towels and put in main restroom. Turn lights off and unplug any appliances used .
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
