Welcome to Charming Cottage on Salsbury! A traditional, smaller home located in a well established downtown neighborhood, within walking distance to the shops, restaurants, galleries and museums. This home is pet friendly and set up for a great monthly stay with all the comforts of home.
Once entering, you are welcomed by the sunny enclosed front porch. The main living area with additional sleeping space on a sleeper sofa, a smart tv, and mini split ac. The bedroom features a queen bed, ample storage space in the built in cabinets and another mini split air conditioner. The fresh and bright bathroom has a tub/shower combo. A dining room is the perfect spot to enjoy a meal or morning cup of coffee. The kitchen has full size appliances to easily prepare meals. The convenient laundry area has a full size washer and dryer and more storage space. This opens to the back yard, the yard is not fenced.

Monthly Rental Information: Monthly rental rates include all utilities and internet service to the home. The one-time cleaning fee is charged at the beginning of the stay to cover the checkout cleaning. Additional cleanings during the rental term may be scheduled through Cody Lodging Company for an additional charge. For stays longer than 30 days, a completed and signed rental agreement is required prior to occupancy. The agreement must be signed by the primary renter responsible for the reservation. For stays longer than 30 nights, a security deposit may be applied by Cody Lodging Company.
